In Underworld Academia, quirks arenon existent and the city is ruled by powerful mafia organizations. Izuku, Katsuki, Tomura and Neito lead their respective gangs and are some of the most feared figures in the city. But their reign is threatened by the arrival of Toshinori, the new chief of Police who is determined to bring them to justice. The four bosses must use their  cunning and strength to outwit the chief of police to maintain their power.
