The Mystery of Copper Cove

Damon Reynolds is a snarky, rebellious 16-year-old who's just moved with his mom to Copper Cove, Pennsylvania to live with his soon-to-be stepdad. Having been expelled from his previous school, he is enrolled in Copper Cove Academy as a final attempt to avoid getting sent to juvenile detention. During his first day, he learns of Sky Mitchell, a student at the academy who went missing over summer break. Damon aids his new friend group in her search, growing closer with them in the process and even developing feelings for one in particular. But their investigation briefly comes to a halt after a traumatic incident occurs during the school's Halloween dance. Then they all begin receiving threats from a mysterious individual known as 'Montgomery'. When the search resumes, will Damon and the others be able to uncover the truth of Sky's disappearance? Or will their investigation be forced to stop again, this time permanently?
