The United States Navy have just commissioned a new aircraft carrier, commanded by an old ship girl named Medellein. She with her fleet along with a few new ships will be heading towards Iceland to be stationed in the 2nd Fleet's new naval base to counter China's increasing activity in Greenland and the Artic Ocean. But an unexpected event happened during the base transfer as a massive storm hit the island, causing a strange event to occur.
