After being in a car accident at the age of three, Scarlet(Savannah) lost both her parents in the accident at the age of three. Luckily, her father's friend saw the accident and found out that the young Scarlet was still alive and took her in as his own and raised her to be the most wanted assassin in the world. Going further, Scarlet uncovers the truth of her parents death and it wasn't just a normal accident but it was all planned by someone who was close to her father.
