Naruto knew that life wasn't fair. His bestfriend and the person he considered a brother left the village and almost killed him when he was sent to retrieve him.

Naruto liked to think that he was strong yet that day made him realize how weak he truly was. Never had he been so close to death and that made him afraid. Not of death itself but to leave without accomplishing his goals and abandoning the few precious people he had. But luckily for him it seems the gods listened to to him this one time for he was able to find a true sensei in Jiraiya who trained him like there was no tomorrow and a person to love who love him back.
