Amberlynn was born in a quiet village on the edge of the human realm, a place where the Fae are spoken of in hushed whispers. Raised by her mother, a skilled healer, Amberlynn grew up surrounded by nature and the mystical herbs her mother used for her craft. From a young age, she felt a pull toward something more-a longing for adventure and a strange connection to the Fae, though she had never seen one.

The Fox of Shadows, was once a free and wild Fae warrior, unbound by the strict hierarchies of the Fae courts. Born into the wilds of the Court of Sylvaen, he lived among the primal forces of nature. His family were guardians of ancient magic, protectors of the balance between the natural world and the Fae realms. His father was a renowned warrior who fell in battle defending their court, and his mother, a powerful Fae sorceress, was taken by shadow creatures when he was still a child.
