At U.A. High School, aspiring heroes are trained to fight, protect, and heal. For Mizuhana Mailin, her dream of becoming a hero is not about power or fame-it's about saving lives. With her water-based quirk that focuses on healing, she stands apart from her battle-hungry peers. But as she begins her journey at U.A., she's not prepared for the quiet yet intense connection she feels with a certain dark-eyed classmate, Aizawa Shota.

Years later, after paths diverge and lives are changed, Mailin returns to U.A. as a teacher, hoping to make a difference in the lives of young heroes. Reunited with Shota, now an underground hero and teacher himself, the two must navigate old feelings and new challenges as they come to realize that fate might have plans for them neither of them expected.
