Although she tries to get rid of the thought about the young human male, she can't help but find him and his best friend fascinating, mostly the human she's become friends with in order to find his motives.

However, she'll have to deal with an overprotective father-on-paper and many others that could interfere with her investigation, but behind the scenes, the human tries to help her heal from her past trauma and soften her heart up to help her trust, again.

Along the way, the two begin to develop an odd and unfamiliar feeling that lies in dormant and is secretly progressing until it begins to manifest and amplify their feelings towards one another, but while it grows stronger, the human is yet to find out the truth about the hellhound's identity and when it's revealed, will he accept her for who she is or will it cost the two everything they've worked hard to achieve together?
