Becoming Broken

Fifteen-year-old Emily goes from having the perfect life to her world being turned upside down more than once. After an unfortunate accident, she and her siblings are forced to move out of state and Emily has trouble adjusting. She meets a man that convinces her to lose her innocence, run away from home and grow up faster than she ever had planned. Plastering on a fake identity, she starts a new life with a man who she believes loves her until he gets scared and abandons her. Emily takes off on her own until she gets snatched up by a man over twice her age a few states away. After Emily finds a way to get out of the situation she runs and finds herself joining a homeless family in a big flashy city. Thinking she found herself a place where she feels like she belongs, tragedy strikes once again. Fear takes over once more and takes Emily as far as she could go. Emily had some bad chicken sandwiches and ends up in a hospital. Will she have the courage to be honest with the staff, get help going home and adjust to being broken or will she stay on the streets trying to find her way?
