High school senior and Instagram influencer 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 is coming back from boarding school and visiting her hometown, Snow Grove, a place where Christmas time feels magical. She brought her best friend 𝐋𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞, and they hoped for a holiday filled with festive parties and Instagram worthy pics.
But the holidays turn into a murder mystery when guests at the luxury hotel Lavender and Valentina are staying at begin disappearing one by one every day. Each time, the murderer leaves behind a confusing clue, and leads them to realize that someone is hiding beneath the town's jolly surface. They eventually realize the pattern- a person dies every day, and its counting down to Christmas Eve. Lavender and Valentina are now involved in the creepy countdown as they try their best to uncover the mystery before they, too, are gone, and fast.
