One murder, three dead friends, three different modus operandi - the case is closed.
Three years later, the ambitious journalist Joycelyn Riley takes on the case of her life, travels to the former crime scene and follows the murderer's trail.
The deeper she digs, the more secrets of the three teenagers, Alex, Mason and Shireen, come to light. They weren't as innocent as the whole world believes them to be.
As Joycelyn gets closer and closer to the culprit, she herself becomes the target and at the same time has to face her own demons. Will she win this race against time or will the killer disappear into the dark night, faceless and without any consequences?
