They say that when it comes to rumors, only the ones of truth are the kinds of the rumors that hurt, the rest don’t. Well I say that's bullshit. In some way any type of rumor will hurt in some way. Although I've learned that you shouldn't worry or care about what others have to say especially if it's not true. It may be hard having to constantly be putting up with false information, trust me I've had years of experience. I used to think the reason for people making up rumors were because they were secretly jealous. At least that’s what I hoped. But the worst kind of rumors are the ones that come from the people you least expect it from. Usually, those are the two-faced people that act like your friend and know everything, but really they're the ones that have it out for you for some reason and really know nothing about. I'll make sure of it." ___________________________________ There is a lot to think about when you find out your best friend has been raped and murdered. There is even more to think about when you're the last person she saw the night she died. But that's not what caused me to black out in the middle of a rocking party scene, surrounded by all the people I had known all my life. It was when I saw who had killed her. Hilarious, charming, the guy with the perfect quiff, and star quarter-back of the football team. He was loved by everyone. He was the guy you couldn't stay away from. Levi Harrison. My brother. ____________________________ #1 for General Fiction in The Grace Awards 2019 #1 College Romance 11/19 #3 Bullyingawareness 04/20 #2 Assault 06/20 • Started: August 2018 Ended: - January 2020 (Unedited) • WARNING: this book contains a mature theme, not suitable for all audiences.
