After a world-tearing disaster, a colony of survivors founded the nation of Eupolis in what used to be Europe. However, the nation took a headlong dive for the worst as the Government descends, and what remains is a place where a family's survival rests on the hands of a representative, called an Agent, who must struggle every day to fight the other Agents for what little supplies that remain.
And in this world, Abel, an Agent and family man struggling for the survival of a wife, two children, and his younger brother, finds himself in the middle of an intrigue that will decide the fate of what could be the last remains of humanity on Earth.
