Leela - More than a Half-Blood

Alright, so this takes place after the war with Gaea. The 7 are called together by Chiron for an emergency meeting (Leo comes back to camp riding Festus ) Chiron explains that a new half-blood has been detected in the Bay Area. Her aura of power is so great, it is obvious she is the daughter of one the Big Three. The girl has 2 biological, mortal parents. How is this possible?
