Chris Leion was a ordinary lawyer and doctor, according to the humans. He was a criminal on Gallifrey. He had stolen, assaulted, and interfered. This was his last strike. He was arrested and exiled. He was a professor at a white High School in Birmingham, 1962. One day, a woman reaches out to him and tries to help him "remember his past".
