Central City was a place that everyone wanted to live, they had the Flash, they had a incredible coast line, great restaurants and people, but one of them was not so kind.
When a freak storm hits Central City, the Speed Force takes it into its own hands.
It bestows its power among many people who had there lives threatened that night.
Many are good, and have come to train and help the people of Central City, but one who is amongst them, plans to have them all killed.
The Flash has been betrayed by one of the people he brought into help.
What will he do when everyone drops, one by one...
