What will happen when Laverne, a spirit striving for a human soul stumbles upon Torin (a human who very well has a soul), a lost naturalist?

When I was going through insane writer's block, I went to a dictionary. I picked random words, and wrote a poem that represented what that word meant to me. I have kept this technique since. This is a book of my definition based poetry.

Parents that thought she would be just like them, having similar looks to them. But realizing how different she truly was once the baby took a bite of reality, her parents put her up for adoption. No hesitation involved. Raised and cared for by the infamous Slenderman has been all Caroline could have ever asked for. Just her and her father, alone in a large mansion in the middle of the woods, with an unshakable bond. But once more and more people join their family and cause different needs and troubles, Caroline realizes everything won't go back to normal. Especially after things dramatically changed after the first additions; and especially with her feelings she has trouble comprehending on how they formed. She's made so many enemies and friends.
