I've written this speech to explore and inform you about why I'm vegan and the truth behind animal agriculture. I hope you take the time to read it and if you would like to use this speech, please give me full credit.

What if your whole life was lie? Everything you have ever known. Everything you have ever learned. They were all lies. These pretty lies masked the ugly truth. And the people who deceived you into these lies made sure you would never know the truth. They've programmed you to be a well behaved robot in their society. Do you want to know the truth, or be a coward and live in a happy little world that blocks out any true form of reality? (This speech is from Gary Yourofsky, I just typed it)

I have been living in and out of Korea since 1999. I got my Korean citizenship in 2003 and it is embarrassing that after living in Korea for so long my fluency in Korean is stagnant at intermediate level. I have many friends who visit Korea three to five times a year because of KPOP and KDRAMA. I never understood the fascination until I watched and fell in love with Gong Yoo in The Goblin. The Goblin is the first Korean drama series I have ever watched from start to finish. Now I push myself to watch Korean movies and other series. I am so overwhelmed by all the Korean series available on Netflix. Pushing myself means being determined to watch the first episode. Usually I give up watching after ten minutes. Now I push myself to finish the first episode and decide if the series is worth watching till the end. I want to tell my stories as autobiographically accurate but I don't want to embarrass my friends and family. I will share good stories and nasty stories. There are still more good people in the world than bad people. But it's a fact that bad tragic stories are more entertaining and interesting. These stories are based on my personal experiences, opinions and realisations. I cannot promise that every chapter is a hundred percent accurate. I have to change names and locations but I can 99% promise the anecdotes will be 95% based on true events.

Poem regarding the thoughts going through my head during a Biology dissection lab and the struggles of education conflicting with your ethical beliefs. I did not actually actively participate in the chick embryo dissection and simply observed my lab partner as he dissected it. Regardless, it was still very emotional and I was extremely stressed out throughout the entire thing so wrote this poem to express how I felt.

Mandatory Vaccinations for Retail workers? Get FUCKED. If I don't get the jab before the 22nd of October then I lose my job. What's next? The world doesn't give a fuck about anything. They don't care about us, they don't care about the rates of homelessness, they don't care about the rates of suicide. They literally only care about the economy. If they cared about you sweetie, then alcohol wouldn't be legal, there wouldn't be a McDonalds in every suburb, there wouldn't be fast fashion and animals dying for food. If the world cared about you then there wouldn't be anxiety and depression in every second person, then your 14 your old children wouldn't be self harming, then the media wouldn't make women (or anyone for that matter) feel as though they have to be a certain person to be accepted in the world. I just want freedom of choice. Covid-19 is 100% a real thing, and I 100% agree on the ENCOURAGMENT of getting the 'jab', I am still considering getting it too. But I want to feel ready, I don't want to feel forced. Mandatory for healthcare/essential workers, fine that is understandable. Mandatory for RETAIL? Honest to god I'm going to puke. This is disgusting, the world is disgusting. I am so fucking sick of everyone just treating everyone else like shit. Every emotion you have right now is valid, whether someone has it worse than you or not, and OF COURSE some people are going to seem 'selfish'. They aren't selfish, they are just trying to feel okay in their own bodies just as anyone would. Freedom OF CHOICE is what I stand for. Going back to working a boring job every day of my life isn't all that exciting for me anyway - they're really tempting me to just run away from this place. I honestly don't want to be a part of a society that does this to each other.

I am nervous. So I am rambling. Badly. Sorry. Well, it started as a weird one-shot collection with only one one-shot. Then there came a rant. Pardon, a Rant. With capital R. What comes next, no one knows.
