What is really being a vegan or what is Vegan? What a life of a vegan looks like in a society

Poem regarding the thoughts going through my head during a Biology dissection lab and the struggles of education conflicting with your ethical beliefs. I did not actually actively participate in the chick embryo dissection and simply observed my lab partner as he dissected it. Regardless, it was still very emotional and I was extremely stressed out throughout the entire thing so wrote this poem to express how I felt.

Jack, the young calf lost his mommy, Diasy at the young age. He had no idea where his momma went. He grew up in the farmhouse surrounded by other bulls and cows. He grew up to be a healthy bull, with strong and bulky body. One day he knew what his life's purpose is, and according to his owner, he is to serve him through hard labours.

Animal lovers and kind people around the world participate in and pay for the practices that are destroying the lives of animals and ourselves, and the wellbeing of the planet.
