HELP ME SHIFT PLEASE MY FRIEND IS TRYNA HELP ME SHE TOLD ME TO MEDITATE THE READ A SCRIPT SO IM USING A FILL IN THE BLANK ONE. OK SO I MEDITATE FOR LIKE 10 min THEN I READ THE SCRIPT AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS I TRY CLOSING MY EYES AFTER IM DONE READING. IT DOESNT WORK. Help?
          
          
          
          I’ve also tried the raven method? Or sumn the one where u count to a hundred? I don’t have the patience and I always mess up when I’m counting its frustrating pls help

@brokenvibr hi! from the sounds of it, i would recommend something like a guided shifting meditation, even if it doesn't work, it will help you to get familiar with an actual method, the one your friend recommended is not something i've heard of before, so i'm not sure about that, but a guided shifting meditation sounds like it'd help you.

 hiii, can you pls give me tips on shifting. I am trying to shift tonight, I have my script, but i canr choose on the method to use and how to actually shift. I also have a few questions to ask if u don't mind :
          
          1) is the eye method a good    method?
          
          2) which methods are best if it's your first time.
          
          3) what it like shifting?
          
          4) what are the 'symptoms', so u know u have shifted?"

            1) i'm not sure! i haven't used it personally - but from what I've heard, you should probably pair it with another method, such as the raven.
            
            2) if you're familiar with lucid dreaming, definitely the lucid dreaming method! if not, I've heard a lot of people shift with the raven and julia method. just meditate beforehand!
            
            3) it's literally like living there idk the best way to describe it. i thought it'd be like a lucid dream but it's really just not?? idk its crazy like you're actually there
            
            4) white lights, floating feelings, twitching; once you get these symptoms you should fall asleep ( don't focus on ur symptoms tho)
