After brushing with toothpaste, I've been brushing with peroxide and baking soda. It's been making a big difference with the whiteness in my teeth.
@neeville you can mix the two, ive done so before, but as recently I've just been pouring the peroxide on my toothbrush and dipping it in a bag of baking soda lol. As far as mouthwash, there's really no need to because you can wash your mouth with the peroxide/baking soda instead of brushing with it as well. Just switch the consistency when you mix the two of you use it as mouthwash. Flossing a lot more frequently helps too! I feel like me doing that more has made a big difference.
