I will say something I'm extremely self-conscious, as well as others feelings.

I'm to nice sometimes to people and they take advantage of that but not anymore I'm not exactly a push over anymore, so if I trust you(which I doubt because I have trust issues) or I'm nice to you be proud you just befriended an introvert, antisocial, awkwardly social friend! 😊 good for you!👍

And remember You can feel safe in your own body. You aren't alone. People care about you. I will forever listen to you. I get happy whenever your near me. You can and you will get out of that hole. Your the normal shape for your age. Your beautiful. No one's perfect, but in my eyes you are. Your not annoying you make me happy EVERY day.  I wish I have your body. No one fits in, but you'll always fit in my friendship. You are struggling, so am I but, we'll get through this together if we stay with each other.
I say that to my bestfriend everytime she's sad, she's always happy after, so I hope it can help you too.
