hey I'm probably blowing this outta proportion but I just reread each chapter i've made about " the giver " loll & I could probably see how your confused!
ok so chapter 1 & two is about hitting the kid with the car , she ended up in the hospital cause the little girl was there & the parent of the child made her pay for the damage that was done to the kid.
chapter 3 & 4 is 3 days later so she obviously went along with her life yk getting busy with the girl but ! I remembered that I didn't add a part in chapter 1.. so that's completely my fault i'm so sorry! I'm about to redo it rq
