I may have more recommendations later but that's all from the top of my head. 😼💅 (I use an app called Katsu & one called Ketsu to watch anime, it works amazingly, and there's only one ad per episode, and it usually just shows up when you exit the episode. However, I don't think those apps are in the appstore anymore. Not sure when they'll be downloadable again )
