Wow. It has been years since I have made a journey to thus site. Ten to be exact. My family has grown and more obstacles have been met and overcome. Life's journeys have lead us down a different path than I expected. I am hoping to continue where I left off in my transcriptions. Just have to learn to navigate the changes on the site.

You actually contacted me quite a while back asking to read your stories in a comment on my recommended reads. I added you to a list so I didn't forget. Now that I am feeling better I am able to finally get to some of the thins I said I would do. ;)
I know a few of you have been following me for a while now. Over the year while I have been on here my family has made a huge milestone. For those who don't know my daughter was born with a multitude of medical issues and genetic problems. Two years ago she was accepted into a school that deals with special needs children. I am proud to say that she is now in the public school system!!! Once we get her apraxia under control they feel she can live an almost normal life. We have finally made it to the last hurdle and I cant wait to get over it. After a rocky 2013 it looks like 2014 is starting out amazing. :D

I just wanted to let everyone know I am still here. I did not forget about your stories or my own. I am still recovering and getting stronger every day. Had a couple of set backs but no surgery or transfusion. *Happy Dance* I have been working on typing up all the stories when I can. Unfortunately with school in session I don't have much. Great news on my daughter. She has out grown her special need school and will be moving to a transition school within our school district. They have hopes she will be able to attend regular school once she licks her speech issues. *Happy Dance, again :D* So keep faith I will be back. To those of you I supply a swift kick to keep writing *cough, Annie* GET WRITING! I mean that with all the love.
