so many girls have been going home all week because they didn't bring a note in for getting their period and are leaking through their skirts and its so sad because they are getting embarrassed and stuff.
My child development class is meant to have 16 girls in it and there was barely 10 (the whole class is only girls too so that makes it worse)
MY SCHOOL IS MAKING EVERYONE WHO GETS PERIODS GIVE IN NOTES TO OUR TEACHERS OF WHEN OUR PERIODS START AND END BC THEY AREN'T LETTING US USE THE BATHROOM IN CLASS
AND IF WE DON'T HAVE A NOTE AND NEED TO CHANGE OUR TAMPONS AND PADS THEY DON'T LET US OUT
AND IF WE GET IT IN THE MIDDLE OF CLASS WE HAVE TO SIT THERE UNTIL CLASS IS OVER TO GO TO THE BATHROOM

@chokemedazai they literally are. I personally don't have an issue with getting up and leaving but some people are too shy and scared to stand up for themselves. they'll probably end up not changing their tampons because they're too nervous to say anything and they could end up with toxic shock.
