Just wanting to share some exciting news! I've been putting a lot of focus on truly improving my writing skills lately, as promised. Honestly, the progress I am seeing compared to my old work makes me feel thrilleddd.
It feels rewarding as well to see how hard work can make a difference.
Especially when you struggle with a certain mental illness.. That causes you to lose interest. I am guilty of it, and I've been forcing myself every SINGLE day. So, I can't lie... I am proud of myself.
Oo la la, I see some progress. Yipeee
OH MY GOD. OKAY, LIKE. I DON'T CARE THAT I'M BASICALLY... TALKING TO MYSELF ON HERE, BUT I'M PROUD OF MYSELF. I WAS STUDYING THROUGH MY OLD FANFICTIONS, AND DRAFTS... THOUSANDS OF DRAFTS BTW....
I REALIZED WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN LACKING... Slow minded... I am aware. BUT BUT. SIT THE FCK DOWN AND BUCKLE UP, BECAUSE I AM GOING TO DO BETTER MY PEEPS.
What I found out was that I lacked emotions, expressions, body movement, vocabulary... (Embarrassing.), describing scenery, and more!!! It makes a HUGE difference. I've been practicing it over, and studying deeper.
I think I'm gonna be ok.... I needed to rant this in here because ... YES.
I almost cried re-reading my Juuzou X Kaneki's bonus chapter because curiosity got the best of me!!! Tell me WHY... I wrote "And" WAY too much, and and and, like sybau. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH it lacked so much potential. Like guys... Should I just make an entire new version?!?!!? I am so embarrassed of my current one. (No, I won't be deleting the current one.)
Currently beating myself up over my writing skills. I'm going to force myself to expand my knowledge, skill, and vocabulary. I want my fanfictions to not only WOW my fans, but to wow me as well.
I'm not asking for advice, but advice is welcomed/accepted.

Okay so for those who have been wanting the chapter 4 to L X Light. I am more than happy to announce that it's almost finished, as soon as I do finish this chapter I'm going to my Juuzou X Kaneki chapter 7 to finish it next for the people who have been waiting for it. I know last i mentioned it was almost completed and that it is.
