@KenMagee - Hey Ken. Actually I accidentally unfollowed you as I was cleaning out my Following list, and then re-followed, I guess that triggered a new "you've got a new follower" email. We've corresponded in the past but it's been a few years.

Wow, I've gained about 500 new followers this past week or two! Thanks to everyone for following and for reading the Hallucitect Episode One, or adding it to their "soon to read" reading lists. I appreciate it!!

I just added Chapter 2.0 to The Hallucitect - Episode Two this morning. Check it out :)

Hi Brian. Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while. How are you getting on with the next instalment of the Hallucitect? It has engaged my interest and I am looking forward to discovering how you tackle it. The dangerous potentials of telepathic powers are a principal theme in my work as well, but my characters are more concerned about concealing their powers than utilising them. I originally designated my work as mature, because ekstatic sex is the gateway to a form of time travel for my characters. The Wattpad computer has decided that my work should also be designated private, rightly so since it is not for children or young adults who seem to be a significant element in the Wattpad readership. However it does mean that my future readers must also be followers, so I am very grateful to you for your support. Live long and prosper. John Illsley. PS. Did you find the Kornbluth stories? Well worth reading, as is much of the sci fi from the fifties and sixties. Still influential on today's writers and film makers.

@trigonos - I did find and read The Mindworm, interesting. That term stuck out to me because of the Richard Phillips books in "The Rho Agenda Inception" series. Still working on Episode-2. I'm still trying to flesh things out and tweaking earlier chapters so I don't want to post any yet.
