‘Real person fanfic’ had started appearing ‘creepy’ to me for the past few months/year. 
          
          (From my end btw, I’m 1000% not indirecting any of my beautiful, rpf writing mutuals, ily guys)
          
          I just realised I hated updating *anything* because I was becoming increasingly more uneasy with writing about real people — who would have every right to feel weirded out if they were to come across my stuff. I know I would. (Especially since I’ve been used as a face claim before and it genuinely scared tf out of me LMAOOOO—)
          
          The fact I could possibly make anyone (whether artist, actor, or model) uncomfortable was never my intention. And now that I’ve thought about it for a while, I’ve decided to stop. 
          
          I won’t take my books down rn as I still understand people’s love for them (which kinda defeats the purpose I know). But I’ll be refraining from publishing any new stuff. 
          
          I’ll still be online and such. Like, if I edit current fics/update them then so be it. But new fics/one shots? No.

Apparently WP likes deleting gifs??? Does anyone know how to fix this issue because I don’t remember what they originally looked like so I can’t even replace them :(

@pacifyherafi The fact I’m not even surprised— Tysm for informing me. I’ll start keeping a folder from now but those deleted gifs are staying gone bc I’m not about to replace so many chapters worth of media omg. They really don’t want people staying on this app, man

@CTRLGUKS This happened to me a while ago and I emailed them about it and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. So I had to go back and put all the gifs from my chapters or replace them because I don’t have some of the gifs anymore. They deleted my pictures as well. So now, I just have a folder on my computer or phone that has all my gifs and pictures just in case wattpad does it again. They did it to me twice a couple following weeks when it first happened bc of the stupid updates they been having.
