We took a trip to Manitoulin Island and visited the falls and Providence Beach. It was an amazing day. The waters off Providence Beech were like taking a polar bear dunk even though the temperature outside was mid-30s!

Hey, I'm hoping you are well. I visited family this weekend. A relative had broken a few ribs, and she is on the mend . To keep her lungs in shape, she bought this breathing exercise thing to strengthen her inhales and exhales. There are 3 colored balls that rise and fall in this machine thing, showing the strength of your breaths. My little one wanted to try, of course, so he did, though we realized that he had been getting kisses by the dogs before trying out the machine, so anyway my little guy thought it was hilarious that he grossed out his relative! Hope the rest of your day is good, and I added YouTube audio visual chapters to A Life Again. You can hear Kyle's, Taylan's, and Oden's voices :) Have a great week!

          Hope your March break was good. I was in Panama last week for a vacation with family. The weather, country, food, and people were amazing. It's nice to return to the mild spring weather here in Canada, and I am looking forward to starting my garden soon. You can just feel the change of season in the air.
