Hey everyone, It's been a minute I just wanted to give an update as I plan to be a bit more active in the future and hope to start posting some more work soon.

A few years ago I got a full-time job as a writer for a regional newspaper. This unfortunately lead to me being unable to write my own stories consistently for a long time just due to the general strain of 8 hours of non-fiction writing a day, as well as maintaining a life and various other things. I dabbled in writing and art here and there, but nothing extensive.

However due to the pandemic, I found myself working from home and have managed to work through my slump and began streaming art and writing in November. I have a few new projects to share here as soon as I get a few chapters up and written. But if you're interested in my process and the things I work on, I stream writing and art in the evening, 5 days a week on my twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/cayotica

If you're interested in joining my growing little community for writing/art help, inspiration, or general shenanigans, come join my discord! https://www.discord.gg/e45xgbv

I can't wait to start posting more stories for all of you and I hope you've all been well! If you have any questions or comments, want to see something specific from me, or just want to share what you've been working on the past few years, please share it with me!

@Tegan1311 Oh hey! Its like The PageMaster, but in reverse, instead of the protag getting sucked into the book, its horror genre and all those word and idea corpses come out of the book to seek revenge on the author that killed them. The book is called the Morgue and its where good ideas and words go when they're murdered.

Hi CD! Glad to have you join #NBR! Yeah!

Yeah, I'm totally geeky with stuff on how to write. I saw you have a boo of writing tips. I'll have to give it a read through. I tend to draw on a lot of resources when I give people feedback on their work. Probably, the only other #NBR member that has a greater collection of books on writing is @the3dreamers (Amber)!

          Glad to have you abroad!
