I live in NYC, a native son by birth, but spent my formative years bouncing around the U.S. as a military brat. As a result, I enjoy things that keep me on the move and exploring new frontiers.

My own literary tastes tend toward the dark and gritty. Maybe because I believe this is the country of the Jungian Shadow, that subterranean realm of the psyche where we find the proverbial gold buried in our depths.  Or maybe because that's simply the country that most feels like home. I find the the world is at its most interesting, and alluring, and frightening, after the sun goes down.
