Hi, I'm Cici Tiwa (Tiwatope Ayodeji) ...a Nigerian writer, storyteller, and content girl who loves writing the kind of stories that make you feel something.
By day, I work as a copy writer and content writer, so words are literally my everyday life. But on here, I'm not writing for clients or campaigns...I'm writing for the people who love romance, emotions, suspense, and characters that feel real.
I write love stories with heart. The slow-burn kind. The kind where the characters are flawed, healing, and still choosing love even when life tries to harden them.
I also read a lot (a lot a lot). I review and recommend books too...you might know me as Bookish Girlie in the book space. I create bookish content on TikTok and Instagram, and I share longer thoughts on my Substack/newsletter titled "Cici Tiwa The Bookfluencer." I'm also the host of my podcast, "Dear Besties," where I talk about life, struggles, love, and everything in-between...like a voice version of my storytelling.
My writing style is simple, relatable, and emotional. I love stories that feel like real life...with tension, soft moments, plot twists, faith/hope undertones sometimes, and a satisfying happily ever after (because life is already hard... let fiction be sweet).
