Hey yall!
Due to increased Spam/Bot comments on many of my published works, I am having to monitor/remove a lot of comments. There's always a possibility that I may accidentally mistake a genuine comment as a bot/spam, so here's my policy for such situations:
Unmistakable Bot/Spam: The user is muted.
Uncertain bot/spam: Comment is deleted. If a suspisious trend of spam-like comments are seen from this user, they may be muted.
Other: Comment is left alone.
If you are a genuine Wattpad user and I delete your comment by mistake, I genuinely apologize. In this day and age, it can be quite hard to tell who is real and who is not.
