Yes... Mc does have to pronounce the command to access the system, like the line
"/summon [mushfrugs] {lvl: 50 {Amnt: 100} @observer1 <abyssal_plane_flr0>"
It would be "slash summon 100 level 50 mushfrugs at observer1 abyssal plane floor 0"

The idea is that The god of Death sent Cale to ORV to save Kim Dokja, As usual, our beloved silver shield-nim made a point that he doesn't have any knowledge about this universe/world so the god of death summoned MC where they were in the middle of scolding Deon (A little side note: MC knew about the god of death because they were in the middle of deaths door when the god took pity and made a deal with MC, essentially making MC their little op errand runner)
