Well hello there!

I am honored that you are interested in learning more about me.  I guess the first thing I should share with you is that I am a huge fan of imagination, dreams, and creative ideas.  I believe that we define ourselves in such things.  I love to read almost as much as I love to write. Some of my favorite authors include V.C. Andrews, Charlaine Harris, Holly Black, Stephen King,  and if we're talking classics...Edgar Allan Poe hits the top of my list. My dad was a storyteller, and a poet. He used to recite Poe in such a way that I thought they were his stories until I went to school and learned otherwise!  I credit  him for my passion to write.

At any rate, I love sci-fi, southern gothic tales, urban fantasy/fiction, and stories with strong female leads.  I think my novels reflect some or all of these things depending on the story.  

I consider myself a word nerd, and that is my super power.
