I’m also currently writing a book (I’ve been writing it for five years lol) and one of the main characters is an addict, not from birth, but it is cool to read Daxon’s experience and how he copes and speaks.

You're welcome. I like reading, and quiet boys and the name Charlie. There aren't enough of those, too many stories with bad boys. I have a question though, (I'm sorry if I wasn't reading carefully enough) but was Charlie's powers mentioned at the very beginning of the novel? Or was in a sudden statement?
