Headcanon rq: Reichtangle and the German Empire arnt the same person, instead they are siblings. Reichtangle was neglected and pretty much went from a normal mute child to a massive cat-like being that would willingly eat people/countries like tictacs.
Lunaria is pretty much his caretaker so he doesn't go
completely insane from lack of contact and Lunaria is 1 of 3 people he actually trusts. (The other 2 being GE  and WHO)
