Artist Statement:

When I think of my writing, i dont simply... place a title on it. I think my writing descibes who i am in different ways. Throughout this semester in Creative Writing level 15, i have learnt alot about myself and my artistic ability. 
I have learnt that just because you arent the greatest at something, doesnt mean you can't try it. When i came into CW, i had never written a poem in my life, hard to believe i know. For some reason, i wanted to give it a whirl. And i did. for a long time, all i did was poems. After that i opened my horizens to script writing, to short stories. From one thing to another.
My writing means everything to me, because those are my words on paper. Those are my rhymes coming to life. Those are my characters falling in love. 
Just like Taylor Swift says 'a lyric compliment is the best compliment', for me, a compliment on my writing, means the world. 
Writing is all i ever do anyore, and boy... i hope that never changes.
