I began writing a few years ago, my first fiction was for children, having invented a character called Gwubbins the Witch.  So far three stories have been made into audio books with sound effects and music.

In 2018 I completed my first novel called Touched By A Presence, a story set in 19th century England on the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire border. 

'Touched By A Presence' is the product of studies in genealogy and history, and the story features many characters who really lived, my task to bring them to life as they enact their social and economic situations. The main character, John Street, was a straw plait dealer, born in 1787 and died 1865. He lived rurally with his family through the emergence of the Industrial Revolution, a time of great changes through the late Georgian era. I believe I have written a ghost story. 

I am using Wattpad to practice and try out ideas. Being open minded, things could go in any direction and I always value any feedback if people are kind enough to give it!
