Do I have to tell you that I like cats - and pizza?

Doesn't everybody like cats and pizza?

I like cats and pizza, and mermaids and unicorns, and butterflies - and dragonflies.

I also like myths and legends and very long ago. I like archaeology and history and  geology.   I especially like pretty bits of geology that I can make into jewellery.

I love to  read, especially fantasy, science fiction and historical fiction, myth and legends,  but I will try almost anything.

My favourite authors include Ursula Le Guin, Lois McMasters Bujold, Patrick Rothfuss, Scott Lynch, Mary Renault, Robert Graves, Lindsay Davis, Hilary Mantell and Rosemary Sutcliffe.

I am learning to  write, especially historical fiction set so long ago that it could be read as pure fantasy and fantasy that has a historical feel.

I'd be thrilled to hear from anyone who has anything to say about my writing - not just nice stuff, tho that is lovely  - because I really want to improve my writing and find out what interests readers.
