October 20th tay might announce something mainly rep because one time during 22 she did a 20 with her hands and at her last show she pulled Florida out of nowhere and she mentions Florida quite a bit in TTPD. She is coming back to America when the US shows are supposed to be over and all her re-recordings were announced in America. October 20th is her last night in Florida.
What makes me think it's rep is in her store she had/has 33 things on sale for 13%
3+3=6 and reputation is her 6th album
But then debut came out in 2006 so it could also be debut 
If reputation and debut came out in the same year it would be 16 days apart
1=debut
6=reputation
So today (October 20th) nothing happened but this theory is for more than today it's really for the rest of her shows mainly her shows in America but the 6 could also be for December 6th and she is on tour that date sooo. Or October 26th and there is also November 16th
I think she might actually announce debut because there is a photo that shows tays nails and they are DEBUT BLUE
on the back of her net reputation body suit there is a 2
