A'ight so here's the tea.
          
          Pregnancy sucks and my life is all over the show atm. My eldest's birthday, baby due, then moving house. There's a lot going on in the next few months and I really just dont have the time or energy or motivation to write. 
          
          So, Feline will not be updated until probably June/July, just FYI.

Hi everyone!
          
          Just wanted to let you know that it'll probably be another month or so before I can update Feline, due to health reasons. 
          
          I went and got knocked up again  and I suffer from an illness called Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which means my body is basically in starvation mode with how sick I am. Literally everything non-essential is put on the back burner so I can focus on making it through each day, while somehow keeping my two kids alive and fed (which is tough in itself). 
          
          I promise to get back to writing as soon as I'm well enough, but please be patient with me as my health and caring for my kids are obviously my top priorities.

First chapter of Feline is up! If you've been reading my prompt book, it's nothing new to you apart from the odd edit..
          
          BUT! I'll have chapter two up sometime later this week, and I've got chapter three and half of chapter four already written, so I'm hoping for weekly updates from next week. 
          
          For now, I'm off to write some more while my snotty kids watch Moana in the background.

What do you listen to while you write? Music? Silence?
          
          For me, its whatever animated my movie my 3 year old is watching at the time. So, Coco, The Incredibles 2, Tangled, Frozen, Cinderella and the occasional Moana.
          
          I think my book is going to be a Disney Princess novel ‍♀️

Okay, so I'm obviously crap at posting weekly BUT I have good reasons. It's winter here in New Zealand and with that comes sick kids. Not fun. My eldest is doing Kindy visits (preschool/daycare) on top of her normal activities, so I dont really have free days. More importantly, though, is the fact that my writing time is now filled with story plotting/brainstorming etc for an actual story from Feline (because my brain just keeps going and now suddenly I have like 5 subplots and 15 characters and I cant stop). SO! I'm putting a pause on prompt writing to focus on Feline. I will post it separately and hopefully have a new chapter out soon!
