If you are making a cover for a Wattpad book you design something, or draw something, and save it to your photo’s or files, then when you create the story, or edit it, there should be a blue button that says change or upload cover if you click on it.
And no, you don’t have to put lgbtqia+ safe zone on your bio, however it is always nice of people can know if this is a safe space (you could leave your bio plane blank if you want, it doesn’t matter to me or to anyone)
