The concept of resident evil x B.O.W! Reader is so versatile like you could shove it in ANY game or movie and it'll make sense. But you gotta think it through. Imagine a F.F inspired reader, basically this sentient plankton that gained intelligence let's say here by a virus. Or or a B.O.W! Reader who was created to DESTROY other B.O.Ws that are out of control. Or or a dso made B.O.W like a supersoldier. And they'd despise humans because they made them and tested on them so they are gonna be salty and bitter and hateful and other words, and maybe they could be loving towards animals and/or plants and maybe love video games and music so that could be something one of The love interests could see and be like, hold up, they kinda cute.. But it's gonna be tough shoving a lot of characters. So the main love interests could be: Jill, Chris, Leon, Claire, Rebecca, maybe Billy, maybe Carlos, the winters( Reader could view ethan and rose as fellow human looking B.O.Ws), sheva obviously, Ada (don't know how ima shove her in the story) Jake and sherry. Dunno what reader would think of Jill and Sherry since these two could (?) be considered B.O.Ws in a tilted way.
