Well wattpad, it sure has been a long time. 2 years in fact. When I first made this account I was 12, and I'd just started to get into 'emo' music and the whole aesthetic around that. 
I was a happy kid, with a lot of life ahead of me. I was also very depressed at the time, maybe not when I made this account but I first self harmed when I was 13, and was, in short, a very unhappy girl. I found a way of 'dealing with this' through the stories on here, and many focused around suicide and depression, particularly the My Chemical Romance fanfictions that I read a lot of. This just continued to feed into my depression, as all I was surrounding myself with was more material about fictional character's ways of dealing with the same problems I was facing. 
If you are having a hard time at the moment and happen to stumble across the relic that is this account, I hope you can take a second to consider if what you're reading is actually damaging your mental health. I would reccomend reading some stories that focus around personal healing instead of suicide, drug/alcohol abuse etc. 
Also my final message here is that you have to save yourself. There won't be a beautiful person who swoops into your life and makes everything okay. You are the only beautiful person that's going to save you. Don't cling onto a mental illness for the sake of the community it gives you.
