You can only find yourself once you've lost yourself
You can only fly when you fall
You can only breathe when you've drowned
You can only feel cold after you've been burned
You can only be burned after you've frozen
You can only know both darkness and light once you've seen the world and learn to accept it as it is.
You can only die after you've lived 
You can only live once you realise that you are going to die.
You can't know what it's like to be happy without feeling sad
And you can't be sad without being happy in the first place.
