I started writing Different Every Night because I spent years searching for a book that would make me feel like I was okay, like I mattered. I couldn't find one, so I decided to write it myself.
The Y2K Guide to Teenage Popularity began when I was 15 (On one of those huge box beige computers) and even after revisiting it years later, it is still very much its original self.
