Getting corrected for the author's inconsistencies. You can't make a disabled character and then minimize or take away their disabilities for convenience or have some magical tone deaf answer for why their disability doesn't actually affect them. Either portray them right or don't do it at all. You're just causing more harm bc you're spinning false narratives to the possible naive and uneducated people consuming your media.
Also I accidentally opened this app, I forgot what I was even planning to do before.
Well not exactly writing fanfiction anymore but instead a "fantasy" story. DW I figured out formatting and have taken criticism which definitely helped with my writing skills. Except who would've thought it was hard to create a solid plot... (Me bc I never had one for any of my stories. HOLY COOKED) Maybe one day I'll seriously get motivated to fix my old stuff or even start writing fan fics again. I've tried but I get like two chapters done then my attention gets brought elsewhere. It's so bad(ب_ب). Anyways, just wanted to yap at the place that started this strange creative journey.
ALSO I AINT TURNING INTO THOSE DARK ROMANCE AUTHORS. Most of them have serious issues. Taboo topics can be explored but I don't think it's okay to romanticize a lot of the topics that come with it, y'know? This is becoming a longer rant, BYE BYE FOR NOW!

@leyla5767 I really appreciate it! I'm doing great and slowly picking up writing again but I'm not sure if it'll be over the same stuff or if I'll ever publish it. I live in my drafts. A lot of good changes happened and I'm coasting along with them. I hope you're doing well too! I love hearing from people who helped motivate me to keep writing back then
