"The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." - Dr. Seuss
Hi! I've been a costume designer, dabbled in archaeology, a teacher, and now, I'm an occupational therapist. I am an avid reader, and writing is a passion of mine, a dream I could never let go of or put aside for too long. Whether it be poetry, essays for a class, or ideas for a new book, I can never stop putting pen to page (or fingers to the keyboard). History and research come in a close second on my vast list of literary pleasures. I love to dive deep into the past, discovering things that are not easily seen at first glance.
Some of my favorite authors include: Katherine Addison, Jane Austen, William Blake, The Brontë sisters, Tracy Chevalier, Charles Dickens, Anthony Doerr, Sebastian Faulks, Neil Gaiman, Malcolm Gladwell, William Goldman, Kristin Hannah, John Keats, Juliet Marillier, Sarah J. Maas, Maggie O'Farrell, Ann Patchett, Penny Reid, April White, William Wordsworth. The list is endless! I am also a sucker for a bit of romance.
I am more than open to doing a Read-for-Read as long as it's fair and just. Just send me a message.
