Hey! 👋 First of all, Kenzie Mishelle Phlox is my pseudonym/pen name.  

Neurodivergent, 1980's baby, 1990's kid, poet, lyricist, story writer, book cover designer.

My main themes are (but certainly not limited to) mental health, long lost family/adoption, apocalyptic fiction, post-apocalyptic fiction, peace, love, and unity. But I am selective about what I post online.

I write a lot based on personal feelings and experiences, but I also write to bring comfort to others, to raise awareness, and to give people something relatable. Writing is also my way, like an outlet, of "speaking" to people who don't and won't speak to me.

I hope you enjoy my work. I hope it opens your eyes and will bring you comfort and joy.

I don't fit into any one political or ideological box. Please don't politicize any of my intellectual property (this includes poetry, lyrics, stories, etc.). This means don't assume "She's a Republican" or "She's a Leftist" just because I write or say or post something you dislike or disagree with. If you don't like my every belief or my every opinion, that is okay. We'll just agree to disagree. ☮❤

I created the hashtag #LetChildSoldiersBeCHILDREN to bring attention to the children who are forced/coerced into conflict. I also created the hashtag #NotLeftOrRightButPeaceAndLove as a pledge to reject the ideological labels that divide us and to embrace peace and love in place of those ideologies. And I created the hashtag #VentYourMentalHealth to get people to open up about their mental health.
